FireWall Furniture

Hello all,
I've got this old P3 machine laying around and I'm planning on turning it into a firewall with smoothwall linux. But the thing is ugly. I was thinking of making a mahogany case for it, and thinnning things down to PS2 simmilar proportions. I will need some classy looking fangrills though, and maybe some ducting. Any ideas where I can find this stuff?
