Firewall On/Off Control Greyed Out - Help

I recently upgraded my XP Pro computers to SP2. On one of the computers
(Computer 1), the On and Off selection buttons in the Windows Firewall
"General" dialog box are greyed out. There is a note across the top that says
some settings are controlled by group policy.

I have 3 XP Pro machines on a home network. From Computer 1, I can access
the other 2 computers (Computers 2 and 3) no problem. Although I can see
Computer 1 as a Workgroup Computer from the other 2 computers, I cannot
access it from either and get a message indicating I have no permission to
use the network resource.

It appears to me that there is some issue with Windows Firewall on Computer
1 that is causing the problem as the other 2 computers that allow normal
access to the On and Off buttons work fine. There seems to be a setting that
is allowing the Computer 1 to access the other 2 computers, but will not
allow the other 2 computers to access Computer 1.

Although I don't know if this makes any difference, Computer 1 has Norton
AntiVirus and the other 2 use McAfee.

Any ideas???

In this case could be a problem caused by third-party firewall (try to exit
Norton) or by upgrade of SP2 - try this:
open cmd from start - run and write following:
netsh winsock reset - press enter (it will reboot)
Again open cmd and write:
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt - press enter (it will reboot)
See if there's any changes. If no, reinstall SP2 - it would definitely
solved the problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, which I will try. Here is a question... How do I
re-install SP2. I go to the MS download site and it tells me I do not need
any current upgrades.

Thanks
