Question firmware update Lenovo server

Lenovo server st250. I downloaded the firmware updated files. I go into xc clarity and it want a xml file. I go to download the one I need I click it and sys you need this file to install the updated but gives me no option to download it. Says its required by Lenovo management tools. I assume its referring to xc clarity as that's what manages thing on this server however I cant get the files there, at least not that I've seen. Other software doesn't work because its a server.
What am i missing?
