Hey, guys. I'm looking to build my first gaming rig on Boxing day in Canada. I need help with the parts and stuff.
I would like a quad core cpu, 8gb ram, 1tb HDD, A good graphics card compatible with the build all for under $ 700.
The case, dvd drive, decent motherboard and psu could be w/e compatible with the build.
Please not that I want it around $700 and companies from Canada. (Preferably from NCIX) Thank you!

Should I get a HD 7870 instead?

I'd go for the 7870 but I would *NOT* purchase a Zalman Z9 - there's far better cases out there.

I'd get this:
