First $700 Budget Gaming Build

Hey, guys. I'm looking to build my first gaming rig on Boxing day in Canada. I need help with the parts and stuff.
I would like a quad core cpu, 8gb ram, 1tb HDD, A good graphics card compatible with the build all for under $ 700.
The case, dvd drive, decent motherboard and psu could be w/e compatible with the build.

if you are planning to play bf3 and planetside 2 get the gtx , if not get the 7870

I'd go for the 7870 but I would *NOT* purchase a Zalman Z9 - there's far better cases out there.

That is a bit over my budget. Would I be able to get i5 3570k in it?

No. On a sub $700 build I'd recommend going with an AMD FX-6300. It provides better performance than the i3-3225 and unlike the i3 is very overclock friendly.

I bought my computer with a i5 3570k, 16 gb ram, HD7870 under $700. Thanks for the help anyways. Even though it did not help at all.
