PSU suggestion ($60 after rebate): Corsair 750 W Gold (Semi-modular)

Reasoning: The white labeled PSU's are the least efficient. At least go with Bronze, or better yet Gold. Also, a little more wattage capacity, like 750 W, is more future-proof. You are getting a 1070 Ti AMP Edition.

Reasoning: Considerably faster than traditional SATA SSDs.

I would Get rid of the 1070ti and pick up an rx2060. Similar performance lower price point.
