[SOLVED] First boot after no power fails every time

So for the past few months I've had an issue with my computer. Whenever I shut it down & disconnect PSU from power and then start it back up it will fail the first boot every time. The screen will freeze at the sign in screen of windows 10. Second boot always works!
If i leave my PSU connected there's no problem shutting down and booting.

In bios there is a setting for booting after power failure. Check those to see what they are set at.
