Question First Boot Can't Enter Bios with del or f2 ?

I am on an Asus Rog Strix z690 gaming E motherboard and using a Rog Falchion keyboard and it is plugged in wired. I can tell it is detected because it lights up and the lights react when I hit the keys. It even soft reboots when I hit ctrl alt del. But when I do del or f2 as requested to enter bios for the first time nothing happens. Please help I am trying to setup windows on a new build but can't get past this first hurdle.

I tried but same luck. I was able to fix the problem by using the bios flashback feature I read on a different thread. Apparently it fixed device compatibility.
