First boot cpu temp at 98F

So I got my cpu today and this is my first time building a pc. Is 98F normal at bios????

At first i had cpu fan plugged into cha_fan instead of cpu_fan which caused an error i fixed that and the error is gone.

That's a fine temperature. Depending on the processor, 80-90 C is probably still fine. Would recommend cooler for long term use, but even hitting 100 isn't going to kill it.

Really? I thought over 80F was pretty bad
and remember this isnt full load this is in bios

When it comes to computers, we measure the temps in celsius. We get real worried when a CPU hits 90 degrees celsius, which is roughly 200 degrees fahrenheit.
