First boot issues

Hey guys....This is my first time building a pc and I have got some serious problems when I turn on my pc it doesn't response to monitor and the gpu fans stops spinning after every five sec and starts respinning... Pc specs- fx 6300 6core, msi 970 gaming mobo, sapphire nitro + rx 480 8gb, g skill rip jaws 2x4 1600 mhz, corsair vs550 psu, benq BenQ RL2455HM and by the way I use dvi d cable.... Help.....

Start again with the build, make sure everything is plugged in properly, all power cords are in place, motherboard installed properly in the case, reseat components, make sure CPU is in properly and heatsink is on. Past all that, could be a power supply issue, you got the lowest model of Corsair, it's not really meant to be used in a gaming PC. If everything looks like it's in properly in the system, get a better power supply. CXM models are OK, Seasonic SII12 are also good for the price.
