First Boot - No Post Beep or Video - Asus AM1I

I have installed an Asus AM1I motherboard into a Cooler Master Elite 130 case with an AMD Athlon 5370 CPU. Video is connected to the on-board HDMI connector and a USB keyboard is connected. The 24 pin EATX PWR and 4 pin ATX 12v connectors are connected to the power supply. When the power supply and front panel power switches are turned on, an LED on the motherboard illuminates, the PS fan and the CPU fan both start spinning but there is no other activity either audible or on the HDMI connected video display. Some posts to this forum have mentioned hearing one or two audio beeps during boot. These do not occur for me, but must admit I don't see in the mobo manual where any on-board speaker is referenced nor do I see a speaker on the mobo. The AAFP header is connected to the front panel output jack but the 4 pin chassis speaker header on the mobo is unconnected. Based on advice in a similar post from 2014, I have reset the CMOS switch and restarted the system using steps listed in the mobo manual (Clear RTC RAM) but with no change. Also reseated the single memory card into DIMM A1 and then tried the card using DIMM slot A2 but no change. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. The mobo appears to be dead, but this is my first time with it so maybe there's another explanation.

Calvin7, Those onboard speakers are just what I need. Thanks for the link! Also, it looks like my HDMI cable was bad. After replacing it I can see video on the display showing the boot process and the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode screen is displayed. So it looks like this question is resolved. -TonyBy
