First BSOD in Windows 7

I just received my first BSOD with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. If anyone could please figure out what caused the problem that would be much appreciated. Here is the BSOD message that it gave me when I rebooted:

and you might want to test your RAM

Wasn't the Ram. Ram is fine.
