I was playing MGS Ground Zero through Steam when suddenly I got a BSOD "video memory management internal". Howdo I find out what caused it?
I read including the DMP and MSinfo file helps, so here they are:

I would not worry about the first BSOD. It is a bit odd. But it could be cuased due to a critical graphics driver failure that the system was not able to recover from.

It could be a one off instance, or it could happen again. If it happens again, I would start digging through logs at that point.

Nope, stock i5 4690k.
This time I was playing Black Ops 3. Neither of them are very intensive games and I ran them both at high settings and high framerate with no hiccups whatsoever, so I don't understand why the GPU drivers fail so often (from what I've gathered, that's what my problem is). I think I got a third one too a few days but since I was not playing anything it just slowed down my desktop to a crawl until it got restored by the system

Its the blue screens that continue happening that are worrying. The drivers crashing are another potential problem spot. That could all mean that you have a dying GPU. It is difficult to absolutely guarantee that is your issue though.

Failing VRAM would be in line with that BSOD. I would contact the GPU manufacture and look at claiming warranty. You could probably deliver that BSOD error log to them for analysis.

Oh shit, looks serious then. I'm gonna try updating my mobo's drivers first (if I understand which one of them I'm supposed to download, I'm kinda lost (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2771838/device-manager-screen-warning.html, last post) and see if I get other BSODs
I'm gonna check with ASUS (it's a GTX 960) and see if they can help me out. GPU is new, as I built my PC two weeks ago, I shouldn't have problems with the warranty.
Thanks for your help so far, don't refrain from posting further if you have any other idea!
