[SOLVED] First budget gaming pc

Hello. I want to build my first gaming pc based on ryzen 5 2600. I have for now a rx470 but in the future i will upgrade my gpu so that i can play Euro truck in VR at decent settings and fps. The question comes: is ryzen 5 2600 a good cpu to pair with a good gpu so i can play Euro truck vr , or should i pick the 3600 instead? My budget for the pc is around 400 (without gpu). I can go 100 above if needed. Thanks for help

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZBB78J I know it is a bit over budget but if you have any of those parts like a hard drive or a case it should be cheaper. I know it is intel but at least right now the i5-10400 is a far better value than the ryzen 5 3600 right now as it's 8% faster for 40$ cheaper.
