[SOLVED] First Build! “Fan spinning no display”

So this is my first build, and I’m having a “fan spinning, no display” problem. I rechecked my connections, Everything (that’s supposed to) lights up. Any tips?

Have you verified that your monitor is plugged directly into the 2080 (not the motherboard) and that the PCIe power cables are connected to the 2080?

No, I’m using a tv as a monitor with an hdmi cord, and the PCIe cables are connected to the 2080

Update: it was the psu. I think it was underrated for my system so I said screw it and got a 1200w.

It works now
