Power supplies work at peak efficiency around 50% their maximum load but it isn't necessary to have that much extra room. What is the estimation for the wattage on your build? I bet the 600W psu will be enough but really you are getting premium parts so you should go for a better psu as well.

Estimated wattage is 448W on pcpartpicker, although I also intend to overclock the i7 as well. Any good quality psu's you can recommend and is 700W or the XFX 650W, as suggested, a good solution?
