First Build Advice Needed!

Hey i have a build that i would like an experienced pc builder/expert to review and give some feedback on anything that i should switch or change.
i will be using a hdd and ssd from my current build.

I would also like to know if i should get that Zotac or the gigabyte G1 windforce 1080

Tips...get different fans. Those Noctua fans are great but if you push them beyond 1500rpm they will get really loud. Second, get a i7-7700k. It helps when you have a high end GPU. Otherwise...great build!

The Zotac AMP is really good and the Windforce as well.

I assumed so, but 3000rpm is insane! try Corsair SP 1450rpm fans.
