This is NOT a good time to build a new PC.
Why?
Because of the new Hazwell CPUs are soon to be released. and the MOBOs/ Chipsets for them.

A nice review mentioning several of the best Manufacturers of MOBOs:
GIGABYTE, ASUS, MSI and ASRock MOBOs:

Although maybe the Hardware u have picked-out, will go down significantly in price. So that is good. Keep track of current and future prices for at least several weeks if not months. If demand drops for it because everyone wants the latest and IF the performance is no better than consider sticking to the older generation u have picked-out.
But most important of all, is to compare any performance improvements, with the New Hazwell CPUs and MOBOs (Chipsets) versus existing Hazwell generation. And if features and performance are better for u in ur opinion, shop for the newer generation. Give it some time though because at 1st it is hard to judge sometimes. Meaning, for example, many bugs take time to surface.
I always build a new PC no sooner than six months after the newest final generation of a CPU/MOBO (Chipset). That way i get the best performance for the best price. (i only buy super sales
😉). And that way, the money saved can be invested in better Video card(s).
But for now, it IS insane how well older CPUs/ MOBOs combined with the BEST video cards perform. (Video Game-wise.)
Games run great based on the Video card(s) used. The best nVidia for the money are still two GTX760 (SLI). For just a few more dollars than a singe GTX770 u get awesome performance with two GTX760 (SLI). and TWO is always better than one, right?
😉 But, that being said, two GTX770 is very affordable too now. so if that was a plan u had for the near future, then just stick to that. (when i got two GTX760 (SLI) last year, the GTX770 was still too overpriced. But now they are worth it.)
