First Build Advise

Hello this is my first pc build I have ever done and wanted advice on both tips in doing the building and also advice on parts. I have made I build using pcpartpicker.com and so would like advice on these parts and suggestions for better parts. I plan to use this pc as a gaming computer. I am not big into graphics so I don't need a high end graphics card (I only like going Max on Graphics when playing horror Games). I want to keep the build on the cheaper end (between $600-$800). I do not plan to over clock because I am not knowledgeable in this area. I have no ties to any brand so I'm open to any suggestions to switching brands for better products. The Gigabyte 970a mobo won't let you overclock. Get a 990fx chipset mobo and a custom cpu cooler if you want to overclock the cpu.

The R7 260 card is underpowered compared to the 8350 cpu. Got to a 8320 cpu and a R7 260x eg

Get a better power supply eg Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M

he does not want to overclock therefore intel is understandable in this price range. Also great build amd radeon.

Thank you all for your input and help with this. I took different parts from almost all the suggestions and up graded/ changed parts of the build. also with these parts I have looked into reviews on these parts and they seem to work well for people. this I think will be the final layout of the build. I will get some reviews and overlooks of it by some local people I know who I can get more one on one feed back. I would like to re-thank you all about stopping to look and give advice this subject.

Those mascool fans are junk. They will be very noisy and low quality.

The GPU is still pretty weak for a gaming build. Everything else looks good.

The 270x will be significantly better than the 260x. It is the difference between medium and high settings in games. Do not expect to max all games though. It won't happen with that card.
