First Build and Post

Hi everyone, could you experts share your insight and let me know if this is a good build and if I am missing anything or overlooked something. I dont have any experiance (first time build) with this but have been reading and learning lots over the past few weeks. I can read and follow direction so hopefully this will all work out plus I think it will be fun and a challange. Thanks in advance.

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe but want the option

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I want this PC to be fast and good to go for awhile, also am thinking of connecting it to my current (Mini) Home Theater.

Would prefer XFX 4870 to avoid having shaved graphics capability a bit too close.

A few more dollars now, longer time until upgrade required.

If you want to prepare for Crossfire, I agree with jb above, but I personally prefer the WD Black's combined performance and reliability.

Okay. Decent build.

The thing is why not wait for the i5 to come out? Wait 2 more weeks(for prices to settle), trust me, prices will drop, there will be more options too.

If u have to down to a 770 chipset and try to hit a HD 4870 for your resolution? Another option is to hit a cheaper 95W TDP 945

Thanks everyone. After reading some more I think I am not going to need crossfire and should maybe wait for the i5 to come out and see what its capible of since i won't be ordering this for a week or 2.
