I would recommend getting a WD Black instead of the Blue if you will be booting Windows 10 from it and if a SSD is not in the budget. Windows 10 is optimized for Solid State Drives and low performance HDDs just can't write fast enough and don't have enough cache. I had a client bring their computer in this week with that exact same drive and holy cow was it slow, not to mention it was pegged at a constant 100% drive usage. I ended up having to boot to Ubuntu from a flash drive to get their data off before I could wipe it and reinstall Windows. It took 4 hours to copy 20GB of data to a USB 3.0 flash drive. It is working better now after I reinstalled Windows, but the hard drive usage in task manager is still at a constant 50-60% on just bare bones Windows. It took about 2.5 hours to copy that same 20GB back down to the drive after I got it all set back up.
