Question First build confusion/ Low FPS in GTA V

This is my first build and I'm new to all of this and confused on what to do. My pc works fine but when I play GTA V I can only get about 4FPS. My setup is:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60GHz


8GB RAM


64-bit OS


I'm using a TUF B450M-Plus Motherboard and a Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics card.

Make sure you're plugged into the monitor not the motherboard.

Ram is CRUCIAL 16GB 8X2 D4 3200CL16 BSLT

ssd is Crucial P1 M.2 2280 1TB

I don't know how to view the ram usage on this thing. I got the game from steam. Every game i try to play thats from steam runs slow. I'm terribly stupid with all of this.

nevermind i firugred it out but when i downloaded the radeon driver my screen has an orange haze over it now and i cant get it to switch back to normal
