Questions:
1) How will this build perform in newer games like AC4, BF4, Crysis 3, Skyrim, Far Cry 4 and such?

2) Will i have any bottlenecks?

Ignore the SSD. I already own it and I plan on getting another one later.
This build is a bit over my budget so I'll buy it in the next couple of months(like 2-3 months).

Not sure. Both for looks and just to keep it cool in general. And because I might over clock in the future :)

You are getting a non-overclock CPU with a Closed-Loop Water system and a Z97 motherboard. If you are planning to go overclocking, then get a 4690K. If you aren't going to overclock, then an air cooler (Hyper 212 EVO will be fine) or the stock cooler and a H97 motherboard will save you quite a bit of money.

Okay, I'll take a look at some H97 mboards and other coolers :)

You should probably get a more reliable manufacturer for the RAM and storage. Just to be safe...
Seagate does not make reliable hard drives and quite a lot of them fails within a year. Unless it's a SSHD in that case they do a pretty good job on.
Western Digital is what I would go for.

If you are planning to OC in the future then get a i5-4570k.
