First build for 800$

Solution
You can build a newer Skylake based Intel build for around the same cost as the older Haswell parts. The Cryorig H7 is a better fit and higher quality cooler for the Spec series of cases by Corsair. The Hyper 212 barely clears the window and may actually touch it. The BFG power supply is not high quality and is overrated for power and temperature and yours must be 5-6 years old now. It should be replaced with a higher quality unit in 500-550 watt range.

BFG units are flaky at best- you're better off buying a new power supply to avoid potential issues.

Your PSU isn't going to work, you'll need to replace it with something like the EVGA B2/G2 or a Seasonic one. 550W is more than enough for your system, don't bother spending extra for 750 (you can get 650 if you plan to upgrade to something like the 980 later on)
