First build for casual gaming and app development

Hi guys,
I'm assembling a rig for mostly app development (running eclipse and android sdk) and gaming (not much).
I want to be able to play most new games(likes assassin's creed series, hitman, farcry3, tomb raider, call of duty black ops 2, battlefield4, etc) and upcoming games on my 720p monitor.

I have two choices

Intel Rig
Processor -Core i3 3220
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
RAM- 4GB ddr3-1600 Kingston hyperX blu

AMD RIG
Processor- AMD FX-6300
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
RAM- Kingston hyperX blu 4Gb ddr3-1600

Now my question is can you guys suggest Me which GPU to buy and which RIG should I go for?
Ps-I have the other components and my budget for these 4 components are $275

The left amount, I'm thinking of getting a Radeon hd 6670

I don't know anything about the 6670, but i read that the 7770 is fairly good value for money. if you did the AMD rig this would fit the budget, the cpu's are fairly equal.
