Hello!
Here is the hardware for my brand new build

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Vision D-P
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 4x8 (32GB total) 3600 C16
Graphics: Zotac Gaming 3060 Ti
PSU: Corsair RM850x

this Build was inspired by this youtube video, which shows the exact way that the parts should come together:

I am aware that the motherboard needed a bios update for it to work with the CPU and I did so before putting everything together, the youtuber had a video that showed how to update the bios using a flash drive here:

I basically copied his build except for the PSU, RAM, and video card. however, booting is becoming an issue. When I first booted, I tried to get into Bios, and it showed up for a split second until a page from American Megatrends showed "new cpu installed ftpm /psp nv corrupted or structure change unresponsive" and gave me the option to press Del, Y, or N. however, none of the buttons did anything. the system was just unresponsive.
It did show that the Bios version was F14, which was particularly strange because I was sure I updated the Bios to the most recent Bios update available from Gigabyte which is F15d. So I redid the update to Bios and now it doesn't show any signal to the monitors, and the motherboard shows a code 22.

any help would be much appreciated
