My biggest question is the mobo, will they bottleneck the card at all?

- don't get an ITX mainboard. the Gigabyte board is very nice and will do easily
- your PSU is not best quality

- you won't really need a 212 evo with the 6500. the stock cooler will do fine, a smaller aftermarket cooler will suffice if you despise the stock cooler
