Hello guys,
I just completed today my fist PC build and I'm having a problem at the first boot.
I have an Asus Prime Z-690 A and I paired it with a i5 13600K and 2x16 GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance 5200 MHz.
At the start-up the DRAM led on the MoBo stays turned on and I get no display of course, so I'm not even able to enter in the BIOS.
I read online that a BIOS update might be needed in oder to correctly recognise both the 13th gen CPU and the RAM, but on the motherboard I don't have the Flashback option.
I saw in the ASUS support that they have a feature called CrashFree BIOS 3 which is normally used to recover the BIOS if is corrupted, but do you think I can use the feature to update the BIOS to the latest version?
Or in any case, do you have any suggestion on how to solve this issue? I already tried all the RAM slots but the results is the same.
