First Build - Help me get started? [$700ish]

Alright, well, I have done builds in the past but I have always had help from co-workers or friends...basically I gave them the money and they would come back with the parts.

Now I have moved and I am on my own...save for the awesome people of the internet!

I am just needing a build, preferably at the $600 price range, max at $700ish. I do not need the OS (school is good for something), the PSU, the case or the DVD/DVR drive.

PSU: Seasonic 620W M12II (Also have a few lower watts by Corsair)
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus
Monitor: 1920x1080 23"
Uses: Gaming (WoW, Skyrim, LoL, BF3...many others)

I do not mind AMD or Intel, I've used both and I honestly have no preference - just whatever gives me the best for my budget.

You can change the gfx card for the 7850 if you like but the 660 gtx is better.

I've read good things about the 660 GTX, might stick with your suggestion. Would all this work well on the current PSU I have? Of course, it's a quality psu with the amperage/wattage more than needed, no problems at all.
