Solution
The 4460 is only a little slower and significantly cheaper. If you have a locked chip, then the stock cooler will be fine. If you are not overclocking or SLI, then you do not need a Z97 motherboard, a H97 will do fine. What price are you paying for the GTX760? If it is not a great deal, I would get something else. The savings I have suggested will allow you to get at lease a 1280Gb SSD.

I'd want a case with USB 3.0 on the front panel.

Here's my version

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£145.14 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£64.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Kingston Fury...
You're good to go ut you could have a better build even under that budget
If you consider AMD as your partner
If i were you i must have combined a AMD FX 8350 And MSI 970 gaming motherboard, the extra $ you will save must be contriubuted in your gpu which will give you much better results :)
