First Build Help!

Hello there guys.
So I just started my First PC Build, and I need some help regarding the CPU and Mobo. The PC I am planning to get is the following:

PSU: Seasonic S12 620w
?CPU: Intel i5 4460/Intel i5 6400
?Mobo: MSI B85-G41 PC MATE/Asus H110M-A
?RAM: 1x8gb HyperX Fury DDR3/DDR4
GPU: Sapphire R9 380

I already got the power supply and that graphics card is the best bang for the buck at the moment, I have right now $350 to invest in the CPU, Mobo and RAM, note that I live in Romania so the prices do differ. Thanks in advance for all your help, if yu have any other suggestions besides the 2 I gave there, please let me know, thank you!

Suggestions are fine , but make the ram 2x4 for Dual Chanel mode.

I was thinking of getting a 1x8gb of DDR4, due to the fact that the Asus Mobo has only 2 slots available and I will later on get another one, and can you tell me if there is any difference in performance between single channel and dual channel? Thanks.
