Hello i'm new at building a gaming pc. Im getting this parts. What do you think of it?

CPU: Intel I5 4590 ( im not going to overclock )
RAM: Kingston Fury 8gb (2x 4gb) DDR3 1600
MOTHERBOARD: Msi B85-G43 Gaming
GPU: R9 290 Sapphire Vapor X
PSU: Thermaltake toughpower TPD-750M 80 plus gold

What do you think if it? also i was thinking about saving some money by getting a Micro ATX motherboard instead of that. Will the r9 290 fit on it?
Thanks!

My budget is somewhere around 700$. I already have a HDD and a Case,
I didnt knew that the i 4690k was that cheap (189$) i think im going to buy that .
The Gtx 970 its a lot better than the R9 290 ? i saw benchmarks where it wasnt a LOT of a difference that's why i was getting the R9 who is like a 80$ cheaper.
