This is my first build :) but I'm trying to keep a range of $1100. I don't plan to play games that are graphics hungry. I play games such as League of Legends, CS: go, mine craft, CIV, Day z.

Everything looks a good and suited to your needs, but the PSU is a bit overkill, for your setup look at a 500-550W max.
Also the corsair CX series power supplies have been noted to having low quality components, ones like XFX and higher end EVGA ones are very good.

I don't get how that SDD is better when it has less GB? but ill get the liquid cooling instead for my CPU. The only problem is I don't know how to install it.

I didn't say the SSD was better, I said the HDD was better. Also, that's an AIO (All In One) cooler, so it installs exactly like a typical one does. Just read the instructions, it really is simpler than people make it out to be.

Oh Lol I didn't see that :??: but ill just keep the 250GB. more space. but alright thanks! I completely forgot about Liquid Cooling. But how many fans do you think my build would need? I don't want any overheating problems in the future.

In all honesty, you probably won't need to add more. The case should come with 2 fans of it's own (1 intake in the front, 1 exhaust in the back) plus the CPU cooler adds another exhaust up top.
