[SOLVED] First build in a long time.

I put together the following list for a gaming/dev rig.

I want to run modern games, build unity projects, development of .net projects on VS and SQL and work with large amounts of data for work.

Budget is around £1500 for everything except monitor. Don't mind
if it goes over or under.

Any suggestions? Bottlenecks? Better options? My only concern is the motherboard part sticking up near the PCI slot for the graphics card, could it block a big card?

rather than the i7-8700, I'm going to suggst the much cheaper R7-2700X, which is just as capable for 2/3 the cost. I switched to an actual NVME SSD, and added a 2 TB HDD. games are BIG now (100-120 GB is not uncommon for large MMOs or AAA games), so more space is a good thing

Little over budget but is lot more powerful for minimal budget increase.
