I wont buy the Graphic card for a while and the case fan.

I will eventually upgrade to a I7

I haven't bought the OS,Motherboard,CPU,Hard drive,RAM,Graphics card, and system fan yet.I will probably have everything besides the graphics card by the end of this March.

This is my first time building a computer.

Any suggestions are welcomed!

Yeah the power supply definitely needs to get replace, try pick up something reliable about 550-600w with decent amps I prefer seasonic, corsair, evga, antec etc, look for at least an 80+ bronze rating IMO.

Also unless you're going to upgrade to an i7 4770k or w/e (k = unlocked) don't bother shelling out a few more dollars to get a z97. I'd recommend getting a h97 chipset for no overclocking.

If you're planning on using it just for gaming an i3 will suffice, but a good i5 would be better, and what he said you should get another 4gb of ram, 8gb is about the standard these days
