Question First build. Issue booting with H370 AORUS GAMING 3 WIFI.

I have the GIGABYTE H370 AORUS GAMING 3 WIFI and am using the INTEL I5-9600K. When the LED on the motherboard hits the CPU light, the computer turns off. Never gets to the point of showing the BIOS on monitor. Wondering if I need to flash the BIOS for the newer Intel chip. Anyway to verify first?

Already tried pulling the RAM in and out with no luck. Also double checked the power cable to the CPU along with the head fan. Below is the components.

The board is not compatible with the 9600k without a BIOS update. You need an 8th gen CPU to update it or get a DIFFERENT BOARD that supports it out of the box. Z390.

If you can locate a cheap 8th gen CPU to flash it with that would be ideal. If not a Z390 is compatible out of the box.
