I'm working on my first ever build (gaming and general use) and I'm in college now so money is tight. However, I don't want to sacrifice performance on my ideal rig. So just wondering this: when/where can I generally find good deals on parts for my build. Should I wait for something like Black Friday/Cyber Monday? Here's the build so far:

I've been keeping an eye out just on PC Part Picker and I'm not in a hurry to build. Just wondering if anyone knows a good time and place to shop.
