First build, low ram speed

I put this build together about a year ago, it's my first build. My ram is clocked at the SPD Speed (2133mhz) and I want to bump it up, but I'm unsure what would be safe (because I've never messed with overclocking or anything of the sort).

This is the part that is concerning me, below is the list of supported memory for my motherboard. The ram I own is not on the list but there are similar models.

Here's my build on pcpartpicker.

Solution
When freshly installed your ram will most certainly start up at lower speeds, hence 2133, your ram is a corsair vengeance, they are known for running at XMP profiles, (eXtreme Memory sPeed). See if you can find in your bios some setting for your ram to run @ XMP profile, your motherboard can handle up to 3200mhz, your sticks can only go up to 3000mhz, so dont be afraid to bump it up, unless you mess with voltage the worst that could happen even if you somehow exceed your mhz specs would be the need to reset your bios.
