First build mobo gaming/vidoes

I am building my first computer and the mobo I have selected is the ASrock extreme9/ac. I really like what it offers but I think the price is getting to me. Any other suggestions for mobos? I might overclock, ATX, LGA 1150, and preferably z87 chipset and 32gb max ram (but that doesn't really matter)

I have an i5 4670k cpu and looking to use a gtx 760 4gb gpu
