Hello, here is my current build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rkwm29

Now, this really pushes my budget, I am waiting for Christmas sales nevertheless any recommendations to lessen the price without sacrificing too much would be appreciated.

Secondly, I find myself having a compatibility issue:

"The motherboard M.2 slot #1[as well as 2 and 3] shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled."

I am aware of what this causes and I often hear that "its no big deal", nevertheless i'd like to fix this issue but I don't know how.

Lastly, I hear the audio quality of a MOBO is usually trash, and as such I hear a solution would be to install an extra PCIe sound improvement card (now, I have a bluetooth headset and I value audio quality, how may I improve this and will I need a bluetooth reader).

I'm very unprofessional my apologies, I just require assistance. Thank you :)

Solution
It is not fixable.

Audio quality has gotten better. Unless you are an audiophile, they do just fine. The extra PCIe Sound Cards cost a lot and for many are not very bang for the buck.

You can definitely make the build cheaper. The components are good, but overpriced. The CPU Cooler can be better:
