Do I need a video card with this? Is the WD hard drive worth getting or would a 1TB 7200 work just as well?

After driving myself crazy for awhile with too many options I have changed my build using some of your suggestions - can you take a look and let me know what you think? The Seasonic psu is on sale tomorrow for $99 so I though I would use that.

Questions - It looks from reviews like the cool master cpu cooler is hard too install - what are your thoughts on that?
Also it looks like that memory won't work with the mobo?
