Question First Build Need Some Help

Recently put together my first build for Christmas, and I’m using an MSI Mag Coreliquid 240mm AIO to cool my CPU, and I’m using an Asus Prime Z-390a motherboard, and I cant get the RGB on the head of the cold plate or the RGB in the fans to work, I also cant get the fans running period. I have 3 other case fans that are running fine, any help would be appreciated!!

Fans on my AIO are not running, neither is the RGB on the head of the cooler.
Full Specs:
CPU: I9-9900k
MOBO: Asus Prime Z-390a
RAM: 16 GB T-Force Delta RGB 3200
AIO: MSI Mag CoreLiquid 240mm
GPU: EVGA FTW2 GTX 1080
PSU: Thermaltake 700W
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C
Storage: 500GB Samsung 970 M.2 and Intel 1TB M.2

Is the pump working ? I personally plugged the fans for the AIO to my motherboard so i didnt have to run software to make then run. Its hard for me to tell if the AIO is defective. What i can say is did you follow the AIO instructions on install ? I think something doesnt have power ?
