First build, no display, red lights

This is my first pc build. The build went smooth and when i turned it on the fans started spinning and the motherboard and gpu activated their rgb-lightning. But i didn't get a video output. I tried different monitors and different connections (HDMI and vga) but nothing seems to work. On the motherboard there are two red lights: "boot" and "gpu led". I don't get any beeps. When i start up the system without the gpu, i do get beeps: 1 long 2 short. Any help?

My system consist of:
MSI b350 PC MATE
gtx 1070
HyperX 2X8GB DDR4 2666 RAM
600 watt power supply
480GB SSD

First, put the GPU back in. Ryzen doesn't have integrated graphics. Next, do a cmos reset. Look in your mobo manual for how to do this.

Make sure your CPU power cables are connected and that your RAM sticks are properly seated.

Yes make sure your rams are firmly placed in i had this issue last night and realised i didn't push firm enough

I tried a cmos reset with the gpu in place, but it didn't change anything. CPU power cable and RAM sticks are properly seated. I also tried with just 1 of the RAM's (in the right slot) but it didn't change anything. Is it maybe possible my ram isn't compatibele?

It is offically compatible with that motherboard.
