Hi that is the one that says cpu on it and splits to 4 pin headers from 8 right? Both are connected to the atx12v1 connector.

So far ive tried my old ssd and nothing

Ive tried each ram stick in each slot 4 times and nothing

I think its either cpu mobo or ram even though i tested the ram who knows or one of the many cables

I will try reconnecting that cpu cable if thats the one you meant some more help would be great thanks

Sorry for spelling mistakes i am on my phone no computer right now

Sadly i have no other ddr4 sticks i Can try but both of this are on the qvl list and from a reputable company

Are you sure they might be the problem? I tried every comination with them.

Can you even oot without any ram stick?

If you have too few standoffs it will make no difference in the operation of the machine. But if you've added a standoff where one doesn't belong, it could be shorting out the back of the board. If I were you, I would take it apart and breadboard it.
Set the board on an insulated surface... like the box it came in. Connect just the CPU/cooler, 1 stick of RAM (check your manual to see if a single stick requires a particular slot), gfx card, monitor (to card, not on-board port), PSU, keyboard. No drives or anything else. To start the system, momentarily short the two pins that the power button would connect to. See if you get a display.
