I'm building a new gaming rig and I decided on the parts below (except for the motherboard). I just need someone to confirm that the current build works.

Secondly, if someone could offer some feedback about ASRock motherboards, that would be useful. I haven't heard of them before I started looking for parts, but from what I gather they're fairly good. The only thing I'm concerned about is that they're a relatively young company. Any opinions about quality of products, customer support, etc. are welcomed. Any opinions about alternative motherboards are welcomed as well..

Case:
COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced RC-932-KKN5-GP Steel ATX Full Tower Compucase Case

HDD (x2 RAID1):
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

PSU:
CORSAIR Professional Series HX750 (CMPSU-750HX) 750W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS SILVER Certified

Memory:
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

Mobo:
ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU:
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500K

DVD:
Sony Optiarc 24X DVD Burner, Bulk Package Black SATA Model AD-7280S-0B - OEM

Video cards (already owned):
2x GTX 460's SLI

I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
Asrock is up and coming, they are relatively new but their reputation has been improving. But I would read as many reviews on the specific mobo as possible, as the individual board performance is more important than company rep.

Looks a nice build. A friend of mine has just used the one of the new ASRock GEN3 board and is very pleased with it. Not to mention it looks really nice in his white 600T case :p

Not sure no your budget, but id consider dropping an SSD in there too, just to top it off :p Either 60GB as a boot with a few applications, or 120GB (which id recommend) to pretty much shove whatever you want on there with the 1TB WD Black used as large media storage.

One more question. I checked the ASRock mobo page (http://www.asrock.com/mb/memory.asp?Model=P67%20Extreme4%20Gen3) for supported RAM... the GSkill isn't in their list. Does this mean trouble or does this mean that's just one particular memory model that wasn't tested by ASRock with this motherboard?

If it's trouble then I found a substitute that IS listed on the website; how's this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104173

I wouldn't recommend the Kingston. 1.65v RAM tends to be avoided for SandyBridge.

Stick with 1600MHz, CL9, 1.5v - the G.Skill should be fine :) Its an incredibly popular RAM choice, I'm sure if there was any compatibility issues, people on the forums would know about it and it wouldn't be suggested in builds.
