Hello i will build my first pc budget build and i would like to know if its decent.

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/JxfmLJ

Also i noticed i can't have an optical drive on my case so i can't install window 10 via a cd. So im not sure to understand but i read somewhere i can install free version of win10 on a usb then i can buy a license online, is it the best and easiest way to do it without an optical drive?

Would also like to have suggestion and tip from you guys! sorry for my english.

Yes, should be a nice gaming PC. Fast CPU and GPU. 1080p Ultra for sure, and 1440p at slightly reduced settings in some games.
You can pick up a USB optical drive for ~$20. That's what I use to install OSs on builds with no optical drive built-in.

Flash drive installation also works.

drop the nvidia gpu for now till the newer gpu come out. swap out the slower hard drive for an m2 drive. whe nyou have the funds add storage drive latter on. swap out cheap evga for a better unit.

thank for your advice! Actually this pc is not for me but for my nephew. He dont want to wait for the new gpu so i cant buy without a gpu. will ask him if he want to add an ssd but i think he will be ok only with a hdd since this doesnt really affect gaming performance.
Myself i have an alienware gtx 1070 oc- i7 8700k-16gb 2933mhz 2to hdd and 128gb ssd , planning to upgrade my gpu with the new gpu coming soon if they are not to big for my alienware case since my case is really small or maybe building a new pc.

I dont know much about motherboard but is the B360M DS3H good? it really cheap compared to other motherboard supporting intel 8th generation. Also i read it can only support up to 2666mhz ram, should i stick with the 3000mhz?

You just need to buy online the OS key, which win10 sells for 25$ or so.

i have one of gigbytes micro atx mb for my dad rig. it a nice little mb. keep an eye out on gpu prices as july 30 is the big day and one of nvidia aib card partners sent a lot of gpu chips back to nvidia...they did not want to eat them.

Win 10 os key for 25? Is that what youre talking about? https://www.amazon.ca/Microsoft-Windows-Home-OEM-License/dp/B07BMJ777V/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1529597631&sr=8-5&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=window+10&dpPl=1&dpID=416GLX95RvL&ref=plSrch

There is not many review and the seller is a weird chinese name, i dont know if i can trust it. But for 15$ i could give it a try, so i download win10 with a usb stick just like someone said earlier then i can use this key to get complete win10?
