I built my first PC. Yay for me.

But I can't actually use it, because no matter what I try to do, I can't get any of my monitors to recognize the rig's video signal. No matter whether I use HDMI to DVI, HDMI to VGA or Display Port to DVI, nothing will "see" the graphics card. It's a Sapphire RX 5600XT, and when I power the machine on, the Sapphire logo on the side lights up in red. The fans don't spin. Just to clarify, the video cables are plugged directly into the GPU's slots from the monitors.

The card is plugged into the top PCI-e slot of a Gigabyte Aorus Elite WiFi X570 . There's a Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-0750M power supply with a 6+2pin connector plugged into the RX5600. My GPU CPU is an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, which as far as I know doesn't have built-in graphics?

Can someone please suggest some troubleshooting steps? Is there any chance that the signal's not being recieved due to me being a newb at building? I'm really hoping this brand new GPU isn't fried. :/
