Please let me know soon, I will be making this purchase in about 12-15 hours, depending. Thank you all in advance. If you have any tips or suggestions, please let me know immediately!

Why not the i7 3770 you may ask? Well the i7 3770 merely adds Hyper-Threading and a higher clock speed to the equation. Though these two improvements are fantastic in CPU intensive tasks such as video encoding and 3D modeling, in gaming scenarios it doesn’t really do a whole lot. Games these days are much more graphics intensive than CPU intensive, so it’s a much better idea to invest the extra dough into the graphics card.Get the Core i5 3570K. For those who know me and have me do their builds, you’ll know that it’s just about the best processor you can get for the money today. With plenty of performance, top notch overclocking capability and enough horsepower to run any game you throw at it, the choice is a no brainer. And with the saved money bump that video card up to a GTX 670.

I would wait few weeks. Intel dropping new CPU and nvidia dropping new gpu next month. Myself I get an i5 haswell CPU with a 120g Ssd and a good case like the new n300 or n500. If you have a local micro center near you look into buying CPU and mb there for combo price.

I would not got with an i7 for a gaming build there isnt much of a performance boost for the price also you paying way too much for your motherboard for your price range also I would drop the water cooler.

Hi tevihn!

I agree with Emelth's post and parts suggestions. If you must really get a build, then go for it.

Otherwise, if you can wait, Haswell is just about a month away.

Good luck!
