Question First build - Thoughts, Suggestions and Critiques?

I'm currently trying to build a computer for 3D Modeling, programming and some gaming. I have a 60fps 1920*1080 monitor. I'm curious if this can do some VR gaming and AR development. Thanks in advance and any suggestions would be nice.

EDIT: I don't plan on building this now. This is a build planned for mid-May or June

It’s good for your needs but I feel 450w psu is a little light, I’d rather 550w. The extra headroom will mean less stress on the psu and it has more headroom for future upgrades.

I definitely agree with @sizzling for this one, you should get a psu with a higher wattage (and gold certification in my opinion,) just to alleviate the stress off of it and give you that headroom that you may want for the future. Something around 550w-650w should do IMO.

Is a 2060 graphics card usable on a 1080p 75Hz monitor or is the 1660ti good enough?
