[SOLVED] First build, tuf x570, cannot boot, no qled on MB at all, help pls!

It's my first build, my GPU finally arrived today, but then I noticed no signal when everything connected. Everything else looks fine, all rgb lights on and all fans spinning. One small thing I noticed is that I cannot turn things off by holding power switch, no sure if it's related.

I looked the manual and searched online and found the 4 q led on my ASUS TUF X570 plus never light up. I tried many combinations like pull out RAM, GPU, reset MB battery, disconnect all usb headers. But the 4 led(boot, cpu, ram, gpu) they just never light up and no any color of light.

Does this mean I get a bad MB? I'm frustrated

MB: Asus TUF X570 plus
CPU: AMD 3700x
GPU: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER MINI
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB
PSU: Super Flower Leadex III ARGB 650 W 80+ Gold (I used a UK version, but I think only cable is different, not sure if related)

Breadboard it first, many first timers make errors in mounting in the case.
