Hello I'm planning on doing my first computer build and I'm not sure if I'm picking there's parts for what I need, I'm wanting to play games at 1080 max setting with 60 or above for ( includes witcher 3) ok so the parts

Cpu : amd fx 8350 black addition
cpu cooler: cool master hyper 212 evo 82.9
Mobo: asrock 979 pro 3 r2
Ram: 16gb corsair vengence pro
Gpu: msi r9 390x 8gb
Psu: cosair rm 850w 80 + gold

Have the rest of components need in current build, mostly not sure of the cpu ( currently have the amd 6600k in my comp) budget 700

That build would be OK for gaming but you could get something better for less cash.

Almost any current gen Intel CPU is better than the FX-8350 for gaming, it doesn't even compare favourably to 2nd gen i5's and Intel are on 6th gen now:

Also you don't need 16GB of RAM for games, this shows that 16GB will give like 2-4FPS more than 4GB in some games. In other games it makes no difference whatsoever. 8GB is more than enough.

Also at 1080P the R9 390x isn't much better than the GTX 970 and the 970 is like £80-100 cheaper so that's worth considering. The 390x is better at much higher resolutions.

That would be much better value, obviously you could keep your old hard drive/case if you want.
